We deliver to delivery addresses in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria. Please select country of delivery, before you start placing your order. All prices in our online shop incl. VAT. There will be no duties charged for your delivery.
Switzerland & Liechtenstein: The delivery to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein cost CHF 8.90 and is made by the delivery service of the Swiss Post within 1-2 working days (10 working days if an article needs to be customized).
Germany & Austria: Delivery to addresses in Germany is carried out by DHL (DHL Paket), in Austria via the Austrian Post (Paket Premium Select) and cost EUR 8.90. We deliver within 1-2 working days.
All items purchased in the piqyoudress online store (with the exception of customized items, store exclusive items & underwear) can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We charge a return and restocking fee of CHF/EUR 3.90 per returned item. This fee covers part of the costs for the return shipment and the processing of the return and will be deducted from the refund amount.
