Delivery & Returns

Delivery within Switzerland & Liechtenstein

All orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are delivered within 2-4 working days* (or 10 working days if an article needs to be customized). Deliveries are done by Swiss Post (PostPac Priority) to the indicated address and cost CHF 10. Your order will be delivered between Monday and Friday.

Delivery within Europe

All orders within Europe have a delivery time of 7-9 working days* (or 20 working days if an article needs to be customized). Orders are delivered by UPS Standard to the indicated address and cost
EUR 49.

Important notice regarding taxes, custom duties and other administrative charges:
Please note that our prices in Euros do not include any taxes, duties or other charges. You can purchase all our products except our ribbon belt without having to pay custom duties. However, you will need to pay your country's VAT (e.g. 19% in case of Germany) as well as disbursements (usually 2.5%, min. EUR 11.50) and custom duties, if applicable, which are determined by the recipient country, to UPS in cash when they hand over your parcel. Please make sure you have enough cash ready to pay the respective amount.

*We shall not be held liable for delays in delivery that are no fault of our own, e.g. delays resulting from our logistics partner or unexpected seizure by customs officials, etc. In cases of this kind, you are not entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement or to claim compensation for damages.

Returns within Switzerland & Liechtenstein

All articles bought at piqyourdress can be returned free of charge within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in mint condition i.e., have not been worn, altered or washed and all tags have to be attached. The items must be standard and cannot be customized in any way.

Please refer to our delivery note to see how you need to proceed if you would like to make a return. Please be aware that it may take up to 14 days for us to process your return and refund after we have received it.

It is unfortunately not possible to exchange a product directly. If you would like to exchange an article (e.g. you prefer a different color or size), you will need to place a new order and return the article, you would like to exchange.

Returns from Europe

All articles bought at piqyourdress can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our customer support at contact@piqyourdress.com or +41 (0)43 233 00 11 so that we can help you with your return. We will need to deduct an amount of EUR 49 of your refund for the return shipment. Please be aware that it may take up to 14 days for us to process your return after we have received it. All taxes, custom duties as well as other charges and the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Please note that if you arrange the return shipment yourself without following our instructions, you will be responsible for the full cost of returning your parcel, including all taxes, custom duties and other disbursements that could occur. The products will furthermore be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
