Do I need an appointment to try on a wedding or evening dress with you?

Every Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. our Open Showroom takes place in our beautiful showroom in Zurich. On all other days and times, we ask you to make an appointment for your fitting before your visit. It's best to do this online or give us a call. All fittings for evening and wedding dresses in Zurich in the piqyourdress showroom are free and non-binding.

How much time do I need for the evening dress or wedding dress fitting? 

A fitting for one person takes one hour and 15 minutes.

How much time before the event should I visit the showroom in Zurich? 

Many customers - especially brides - start looking for the perfect dress about 6 months before the upcoming event, as bridal boutiques usually have wedding dresses made and adjusted individually for customers.

Many customers also come by early at piqyourdress. However, our modern, two-piece wedding dresses and evening dresses are available in standard sizes XXS to XXL and adjustments are only rarely necessary. Our evening dresses and wedding dresses can be ordered directly in the showroom in Zurich or online depending on availability. Our delivery time is 1-2 working days. This means we can also dress last-minute brides, maids of honor and wedding guests.

Do I have to prepare for my evening dress or wedding dress fitting in the Zurich showroom?

No, you do not have to. In our showroom in Zurich, all of our styles are available in all colors and sizes (XXS to XXL) for you to try on as a sample set. Our stylists will be happy to advise you and help you find the perfect wedding dress or evening dress for you and round off your look with our beautiful accessories.

What do I need to bring with me to my evening dress or wedding dress fitting in the Zurich showroom?

We recommend that you wear skin-colored underwear and a strapless bra and only use subtle make-up for your visit. If you already know which shoes you want to wear to the event, you are welcome to bring them along. However, we also have shoes in the showroom so you can see how your dream dress looks with matching shoes.

Can I bring friends with me?

Of course! You are allowed to take three persons with you when you arrive. Comfortable seating and cool refreshing drinks are available for you, making your evening dress or wedding dress fitting in the Zurich showroom an unforgettable event.

Can I take photos?

Of course! You can take photos of all the wedding dresses and evening dresses you try on with us and share them with your friends and family.

What sizes are your wedding dresses and evening dresses available in?

Our tops and skirts are available from XXS to XXL and can be tried on and ordered in these standard sizes in the Zurich showroom. Our stylists will be happy to help you find the perfect size for you.

Normally no adjustments are necessary for our dresses. If this is still the case, you can have your dress adjusted either by a seamstress of your choice or (for orders with a delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein) directly through our seamstress for an additional charge.

How much does a wedding dress or evening dress from piqyourdress cost on average?

Depending on the model, material, and accessories, prices for a complete look vary. Our tops are priced between 169 and 299 CHF/EUR, while our skirts range from 229 to 899 CHF/EUR. The pants are priced between 279 and 399 CHF/EUR.

How does the ordering process work?

If you decide on a wedding dress or evening dress from piqyourdress during your fitting, you can order it online directly with our stylist. You check the availability of the desired outfit and place the order together. If you want, you can pay for your dream dress straight away in the Zurich showroom.

If you'd rather sleep on it again, our stylist will email you your favorites as a wish list. So you can take a look at all the styles and combinations again in the comfort of your own home and make the perfect selection. Once you have decided, you select which styles you would like to order from your wish list and complete the ordering process conveniently and easily online.

Your wedding dress or evening dress will be delivered to your home after 1-2 days (delivery & returns details).
