Delivery & Returns
We deliver to delivery addresses in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria. Please select country of delivery, before you start placing your order.
Delivery & Shipping Costs
The delivery to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein cost CHF 8.90 and is made by the delivery service of the Swiss Post within 1-2 working days (10 working days if an article needs to be customized). Your order will be delivered between Monday and Friday.
Please note: You can order up to CHF 2'500 in one order.
Returns
Return period: We want you to be fully satisfied with all items that you purchase from piqyourdress. If you are not satisfied, you may return the items (with the exception of customized items, store exclusive items & underwear) within 14 days after receiving the order.
Costs for the return: We charge a return and restocking fee of CHF 3.90 per returned item. This fee covers part of the costs for the return shipment and the processing of the return and will be deducted from the refund amount.
The original shipping costs will not be refunded in either case.
How to make a return: Please fill out the return form found inside your package. Put the return from inside the package, together with all items you want to return. Apply the return label to the package and bring the package to a Swiss post office.
Don’t forget to keep the return receipt until your refund has been processed. If you are returning items from several orders, just place all return slips for the respective items in one package and use the return label from any of your orders.
Refund: You will receive a return confirmation e-mail as soon as we receive your returned items. We will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction.
Important note: A loss of value of the goods due to wearing, washing, or causing signs of use as well as the removal of the goods security leads to a rejection of the return. If we have to reject a return due to this or if the 14-day returns deadline is not met, the goods will be returned to the customer and the purchase price will not be refunded. The costs for the return shipment and the logistics costs incurred must be borne by the customer and will be charged at CHF 20.
