Delivery & Returns

We deliver to delivery addresses in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Liechtenstein. Please select country of delivery, before you start placing your order. 

All prices include VAT. There are no customs duties on delivery.

Our delivery times and shipping costs depend on the country of delivery:

Please note: If you have selected prepayment as your payment method, it may take up to 2 days longer, as there is usually a delay in receiving your payment.

Please note: You can order up to CHF/EUR 2'500 in one order.


Return conditions

Return period: We want you to be fully satisfied with all items that you purchase from PIQYOURDRESS. If you are not satisfied, you may return the items (with the exception of customized items, store exclusive items & underwear) within 14 days after receiving the order.

Costs for the return: If you keep at least one item from your order (partial return), the return is always free of charge for you. If you return all items from your order (full return), we will charge a fee of CHF/EUR 8.90 if you are ordering from Switzerland, Germany, Austria or Liechtenstein. For orders from other EU countries we charge a fee of EUR 14.90 for full returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.


How to make a return

Returns from Switzerland & Liechtenstein: If you would like to return an online order, a return label and a return form will be enclosed in your parcel. Use the return label from the parcel to send your return to the correct address. You can hand in the parcel at a Swiss Post branch. 

If you have been to our showroom in Zurich, your parcel does not include a return label. Please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] or by telephone on +41 43 233 00 11. We will be happy to send you a return label by e-mail. 

Returns from Austria: A return label and a return form are enclosed with your parcel. With the return label from the parcel, your return will be sent to the correct address. 

Returns from Germany & other EU countries: Send us the completed return form included in the parcel with the relevant items. You can generate the return label online via the corresponding link and hand in the parcel at a DHL location or have it picked up via the DHL pick-up service.

Don’t forget to keep the return receipt until your refund has been processed. If you are returning items from several orders, just place all return slips for the respective items in one package.

Refund: You will receive a return confirmation e-mail as soon as we receive your returned items. We will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction. 

Important note: A loss of value of the goods due to wearing, washing, or causing signs of use as well as the removal of the goods security leads to a rejection of the return. If we have to reject a return due to this or if the 14-day returns deadline is not met, the goods will be returned to the customer and the purchase price will not be refunded. The costs for the return shipment and the logistics costs incurred must be borne by the customer and will be charged at CHF/EUR 20. 


Revocation policy

Customers based in the EU have the right to cancel their contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Please read the revocation policy for all details.
