Delivery & Returns

We deliver to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Austria. Please select country of delivery, before you start placing your order. You can change the country of delivery in the dropdown menu (on your mobile) or on the top left of your screen (on your desktop). Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver to other countries than the ones listed.

All prices in our online shop incl. VAT. There will be no duties charged for your delivery. 

Delivery time & shipping costs

Germany: Delivery to addresses in Germany is carried out via the delivery services of DHL (DHL Paket) and cost EUR 8.90. We deliver within 1-2 working days.

Austria: Delivery to addresses in Austria is carried out via the delivery services of the Austrian Post (Paket Premium Select) and cost EUR 8.90. We deliver within 1-2 working days.

Please note: You can order up to EUR 2'500 in one order.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with all items that you purchase from piqyourdress. If you are not satisfied, you may return the items within 14 days after receiving the order.

If you keep at least one article from your order, your return is for free. If you return the complete order, we will deduct EUR 8.90 per order from your refund. 

To make a return as easy as possible, we explain in a few steps how you can send items back to us.

How to make a return

• Please fill out the return form found inside your package. Put the return from inside the package, together with all items you want to return. 
• Apply the return label to the package and bring the package to:
  • Germany: DHL
  • Austria: Austrian Post office

Don’t forget to keep the return receipt until your refund has been processed. If you are returning items from several orders, just place all return slips for the respective items in one package and use the return label from any of your orders. 

You will receive a return confirmation e-mail as soon as we receive your returned items. We will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction. 

Revocation policy for customers based in Germany and Austria

Customers based in Germany and Austria have the right to cancel their contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Please read the revocation policy for all details.
