FAQ about the event
What can I buy at the Stock Out Sale?
At our Stock Out Event you can buy tops, skirts and accessories from previous collections, samples, prototypes as well as slightly damaged items.
What sizes are available?
You can find everything from size XXS to XXL.
Can I reserve some pieces in advance?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any reservations for certain pieces. We will get all Stock Out Sale items delivered in the morning and we will sell them "first come, first serve".
Do you have visitor parking?
In the courtyard at the Grubenstrasse 27, there are a few visitor parking lots as well as along the neighboring streets. However, we recommend that you arrive by public transport.
How can I pay?
We recommend that you pay in cash at our Stock Out Sale. Please make sure you have enough cash with you, since the next cashpoint is located quite far away. We will accept Twint and card payments as well, but we will have to charge you CHF 5 extra.
Can I return or exchance items I bought at the Stock Out Sale?
Unfortunately not. We do not accept returns from our Stock Out Sale and we will not exchance items either. Thank you for your understanding.
